Last Bridge I've been "working" during the federal assembly of Engineers Without Borders , where we had to give a talk on Communication and NGOs in the digital age .
The topic was too broad to tackle in just 2 hours, so we chose to focus on explaining the concepts that lead to changes and new technologies in communication. Simply . model change: why it happens and what the consequences. The last 50 minutes were spent discussing what models might be feasible for ISF today and what the implications of each. We
The paper focused on a sample of examples, and then try to systematize and get some clues. The result has been wonderful since the turn of debate / discussion I like to discover that many of those present had endorsed the proposals (as endorsed or brought from home; D) and this is discussed.
My role in the debate has hardly been the moderator and assign the word. I think all the weaknesses and strengths of the models have been said about the very mouth of the workshop attendees. We leave the
